Compare and Order Fractions and Mixed Numbers

The multiples of a number 3 are 6,9,12… because

6 = 3 x 2

9 = 3 x 3

12 = 3 x 4

But the number 20 is not a multiple of 3 because we cannot think of any two whole numbers whose product is 20
