Graphing Systems of Linear Inequalities

A system of linear inequalities is simply two or more linear inequalities on the same plane. In other words, a system of linear inequalities is just two or more inequalities together.

If you can graph an inequality, you can graph a system of inequalities!

To graph a system of inequalities:

Step 1: Graph each inequality separately.  The directions for graphing inequalities can be found in "Graphing Inequalities".

Step 2: The solution to the system will be the area where the shadings from each inequality overlap one another.
